The Culture Behind JAW

Stats show how we compete. Culture is what keeps us together: faith, maturity, accountability, encouragement and a team-first mindset. We want to win — and enjoy the people we win with.

Who We Are

We value growth, teamwork, encouragement, and helping one another improve. We want to win, but never at the expense of respect, character, or the people behind the accounts.

Christian faith is central to who we are, and members are expected to respect the beliefs and values the clan was founded upon.
